New Furniture

So last weekend, I (and Levi) spent more money in one sitting that we ever had in out entire lives.There was a store having KILLER deals on whole living room sets. I have been looking around at all kinds of different things because Levi and I really have nothing except our wardrobe. I found this living room set and fell in love with it. At first I was hesitant because I am living with my In-laws and Levi and I have no idea where we will be living in just a few months. So showed it to Levi and he liked it then he said to talk to mom and see if I could put it somewhere in the house. (the front room was empty) She said that would be fine. Soooo last weekend Dawn and I went to the store to make sure it wouldn't be too big and would be comfy. About an hour later (we had to make a few calls cuz Navyfed cards have spending limits) Levi and I owned furniture. Today it arrived =]

I liked the idea that the love seat was separate and armless, this means that I can put it on either side of the sofa or have it completely detached and placed somewhere else if I need to.

It has micro fiber cushions and pillows with a black leather base and oversized cocktail ottoman. The cushions are not white, the are called"mushroom" it is truly closer to a light sand brown, and the pillows are dark brown, rust brown, and caramel brown.

A 55 inch Samsung tv was included with the package. I will pick it up from best buy soon.

I have been sitting on the couch making sure Pugs and Dot know that they are not aloud on it, that is pugs sulking by front of the door.

 we spent less than 3 grand. (the tv alone is worth $1,000) I see a long life in this furnitures future.

Doggie Diaries2 The Muddy Pawed Bandit (or should I say bandits)

This is Pugs "who me" face.

This is the hole that we have filled and blocked.

These are the muddy foot prints left by The Muddy Pawed Bandit(notice how his paws are not muddy in this photo).

This is the second hole that The Bandit dug, it is now blocked but as you can see,  The Bandit is still digging.

This is the newest one.

and his sides are all muddy from ACTUALLY making it under the fence.

I caught them in the act, yup turns out The Bandit has a sidekick. 

All Of this happened 30 minutes before all my brand new furniture arrived. I guess Dawn, Zach and I have a new project to attend to. 

Doggie Diaries

As many of you may know (okay not so many people know) I am allergic to Dogs, as well as bees, but this post is about dogs. 

Meet Pug and Dot, almost every morning I was up with these two at the foot of my bed

Puggy has to know what every one is doing at every moment,  we were painting outside when this was taken

When I got back from Florida, Puggy had to inspect all the shells I had 

I'm glad to know Im not the only mammal who likes to bask in the sun

"attached at the hip" is a term I never planned on using to describe my relationship with a dog

this dog has learnd how to open the doors and I often find him at the foot of my bed. Levi thinks its because some of my things still smell like him and Puggy missed him.

every morning,and mid morning, lunchtime, afternoon, evening , and nighttime, I get kisses from Dot Dot .

If there is one thing that bugs me to no end, it s over the shoulder readers....

Shenanigans

I have finally been in Gulfport for an extended amount of time, ok not really, I was home for 9 days then went to Chicago for the weekend to visit Levi for his birthday. But hey, I like how busy I have been, its made the time that Levi and I apart go by pretty fast. He is already half way done with his A school, but after it he will have Dental school. We should be reunited (as reunited as you can be in the Navy) Sometime in June =]

The weekend I got home form Florida Dawn (mother-in-law) and I set out to sand, prime, and paint the new screen front door.
